3 Ordering & Payment
Quotes
All prices quoted on our website or by our representatives are estimates and may vary based on your state's engineering requirements, current steel prices, and site conditions. Prices are confirmed at the time of order placement.
Deposits & Payment Schedule
A deposit is required to place and confirm your order. The remaining balance is due on the day of delivery and installation — not before. We will never ask for full payment prior to delivery.
Financing
Financing options are available through third-party lenders. Approval, terms, and interest rates are determined by the lender. Dayton Barns is not a lender and does not guarantee financing approval.
Pricing Accuracy
We make every effort to ensure pricing on our website is accurate. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you before processing your order and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel.
4 Delivery & Installation
Delivery Area
We deliver and install throughout our service area covering 38+ states. Availability may vary by location. Contact us to confirm service in your area before ordering.
Site Preparation
You are responsible for ensuring your site is properly prepared prior to installation. This includes a level, cleared, and accessible area large enough for the building and installation crew. Additional charges may apply if the site is not adequately prepared.
Lead Times
Estimated delivery and installation timelines are provided at the time of order and are subject to change due to manufacturing schedules, weather conditions, and crew availability. We are not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control.
Access Requirements
You must ensure our delivery vehicles and installation crew have safe, legal access to your property. Any access restrictions must be disclosed at the time of ordering.
5 Customization
Every building can be customized. Changes to size, roofing style, siding colors, doors, windows, and other features must be confirmed in writing before your order enters production. Once production begins, changes may not be possible or may incur additional charges.
Product images on our website are representative. Actual colors may vary slightly from images shown. We recommend requesting color samples before finalizing your order.
6 Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Refund eligibility depends on how far your order has progressed through production and scheduling:
- Before production begins: Full deposit refund minus any processing fees
- After production begins: Partial refund at our discretion based on materials and labor already incurred
- After delivery and installation: No refunds — all sales are final once installation is complete

7 Warranty
Our buildings are covered by manufacturer warranties on materials. Specific warranty terms vary by product and component. Installation workmanship is warranted for a period specified at the time of sale.

- Modifications made by the customer or third parties after installation
- Normal wear and tear
