Ivan enjoys getting to meet new people and building friendships wherever he goes. He enjoys talking with people and helping his customers find the best building for their needs.

Outside of work , Ivan enjoys time with his family and getting to be a grandpa to his 4 grandchildren. He loves spending time with them. He Also enjoys his mini farm where he has, a couple longhorn cattle, dogs and horses.

Ivan has a lovely wife Erma, 4 sons, 2 daughters, 3 daughter in laws and 4 grandchildren.
